PGA 9144 (Polyglycolic Acid) is a synthetic braided absorbable sterile surgical suture, composed of a homopolymer of glycolic acid, and is provided coated with polycaprolactone and calcium stearate. The suture is available in a wide range of diameter – length combinations attached to high-quality medical grade stainless steel needles of different sizes and types.
